	CBA ANNOUNCES DATE OF 2008 DRAFT The Continental Basketball Association today announced that the 2008 CBA Draft will be held on Tuesday, September 23. The CBA Draft is considered by many to be the unofficial start of the 2008-09 season as the member teams look to start putting a face to their franchise.
