PITTSBURGH, November 15, 2006 – Pittsburgh Xplosion head coach Carlos Knox spoke tonight at a dinner and fasion show benefitting the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Sickle Cell Program. Coach Knox also toured the hosptial and visited with doctors and patients.
